Duck Raffle Tickets Now Available for SperryFest!

They’re here! They’re here! Raffle tickets for The Great Rubber Duck Race Down the Mighty Thornton River, scheduled for Saturday, April 26 at 4:00pm, are now available. One thousand rubber ducks will be racing from Sperryville’s Main Street to the Finish Line behind the Sperryville Schoolhouse.

Come purchase your raffle ticket for only $10 each and cheer on your duck for a chance to win up to $500 for the first place winner ($400 for second place, $300 for third place, $200 for fourth, and $100 for fifth). This year you can purchase tickets in-person or online using our QR code found at local Sperryville shops and businesses. Here’s a list of shops selling physical tickets for only $10 each, cash please, at the following businesses:

Proceeds from the sale of the raffle tickets are returned to our community to support and maintain the Sperryville River Walk, sponsor the Sperryville Summer Concert Series, seek a more pedestrian-friendly and safer community, host the annual ScarryVille event, support historic preservation, and other community building activities.
