The Sperryfest Kids Corner is packed with fun activities and creative crafting along with a rubber duck race and a scavenger hunt! All kids activities are FREE and provided through the generosity of Adams Custom Slaughter and the beaucoup boutique at the Marketplace.
2PM is the official DUCK DASH and begins with a duckling parade down Main Street! Parents may purchase rubber ducks for only… ZERO DOLLARS! This year the kids ducks are FREE and provided by Adams Custom Slaughter and the beaucoup boutique (big thanks to both). Have your kids adopt their duck at the Kids Corner and then decorate that duck with some custom paint magic.
Kids can paint their ducks (using SperryFest supplied, non-toxic paints) which will then be raced down the river in an exclusive, kids only race at 2PM. (Launching from the bridge at the Rescue Squad). Kids will be able to take their painted racing ducks home.
The bounce house is returning for those needing an outlet for extra energy, along with free face painting by Amory and Fern, duck-themed tattoos (the temporary kind!) and spin the wheel for prizes. PLUS a festival-wide scavenger hunt to enjoy day of.
This year’s kids corner is located in the Stonewall Abbey parking lot.
